How far in advance should I book—and do you take last-minute orders?
Booking 4–6 weeks ahead secures the widest choice, but because stock is in-house we often turn urgent orders round in 48 hours. For Urgent Requests, Call for availability.
What are my delivery options—and what’s ‘dry hire’?
Pick Customer Collect (free), Kerbside ‘Dry Hire’, or Full Install & Derig. Dry Hire means one driver drops to a loading bay; you unload, set up and reload after the event.
Do you deliver and install nationwide?
Yes. Our in-house fleet covers every UK venue 24/7, and trained installers can build, style and derig on site if you choose the Full Service option.
Can your props be used outdoors?
Most of our props have been made for indoor use but many can be used outside at your own risk. Please speak to our Sales Team for advice. We do stock a huge range of outdoor furniture and styling for summer outdoor events.
Can your props be hired for an extended period?
Our advertised costs are based on a standard 1-3 day hire but we work with many Clients on events over longer periods. Speak to our Sales Team who will be able to look at best rental prices for extended hires.
What are your payment terms?
To confirm your booking, a deposit payment of 50% of the total prop spend plus VAT is required. Deposit payments must be made within 7 days from the booking date. The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to delivery. If we are working on a custom project with you then the required […]
Do you have a minimum order value?
In order to offer heavily discounted transport costs, we do work on minimum prop spends to different areas of the UK. Speak to our Sales Team to get advice on what this minimum is for the area your event is taking place. Customer collections are always welcome from our Warehouse in Wetherby.
Are your props fire retardant?
While many of our items come with FR ratings, any custom-built pieces created in-house do not. If needed, we can provide risk assessments for your Health & Safety team or the venue.
Do you provide event installation and de-rig services?
We have a dedicated Events Team here at EPH Creative. Our experienced technicians and event stylists are on site installing events across the UK all year round. If you would like to discuss this service, then call our Sales Team who can talk you through what will work best for your event.
