We`re hiring: Warehouse Loader ๐ฆ
Our Warehouse loading team is the last check before an order leaves site. Get the load right and the event runs; get it wrong and the client finds out first. We`re looking for another loader to join them.
Most of your day is loading props and furniture into vehicles, carefully and safely, so every order arrives complete, undamaged and on time. Around that you`ll be picking and checking stock against the paperwork, and moving items around the warehouse.
It`s an active, hands-on role with plenty of variety, and no two loads quite the same. Over time you`ll build up real knowledge of the stock, what it is, where it lives and how it should be handled, and that`s what makes a good loader quick and accurate.

We`re building a new Business Support Services team, the team that keeps the rest of EPH running. This is the generalist admin role at the heart of it.
Most of your week sits in finance and purchasing, you will be logging invoices onto Sage, raising and chasing orders, pulling through weekly stock.
Around that, you`ll turn your hand to whatever the team needs, which changes week to week
and season to season.
It`s not a desk-only job either, you`ll be on your feet as well, checking deliveries in and keeping the site stocked.

One week it`s a 7.5T to a festival build. The next, furniture for a corporate launch. You`ll be delivering the props and furniture behind 2,000+ events a year. Loading, unloading and installing once you`re there, solo or as part of a crew.
And on every job, you`re the face of EPH on site. The person the client actually meets.
Our fleet runs right across the UK, around the clock. It`s hands-on, no two days the same, and hardest when it counts: summer and Christmas.

Nearly half of everything built for events is used only once. In the UK, 91% of event materials are virgin, made from new raw materials rather than hired, reused or recycled. 1,229 tonnes binned after a single use. That`s the picture from isla`s new industry report.
There`s another way. Our kit comes home, it`s repaired, repainted, hoovered and goes back out again.

Iโm not even sure where to start with sharing how amazing the last few weeks have been, but this feels like a fairly spectacular place to beginโฆ
I LOVE an at-home do in a marquee. Theyโre properly my cup of tea. Thereโs something about throwing a party in a place that means something to you, filling it with your favourite people and creating a celebration that could never be replicated anywhere else.
And if that home happens to be a stately home, and the party happens to include a myths, legends and fairytale fancy-dress theme, the most spectacular flowers, a huge marquee for 220 guests, a 12-piece swing band, a DJ, a free-flowing bar and a field full of bell tents for the younger guests to fall into afterwardsโฆ
Well. Pinch me.
From the utterly brilliant costumes to the dance floor chaos later on, this was one of those nights where I kept looking around and thinking, โIs this actually my job?โ
Completely bonkers, properly joyful and an absolute feast to photograph. Everyone committed to the theme, everyone committed to the party and, by the end of the night, everyone was very, very merry.
Honestly, what an EPIC night.

A bar setup that was an entire world of its own!
Thanks to breathtaking floral design by stephenknowlesflowers , overflowing with lush tropical greenery, exotic blooms, and sparkling macaws, the centerpiece commanded the room.
Complemented by a custom Latin-Tropical menu featuring cocktails such as Caipirinhas, Piรฑa Coladas, Pisco Sours, and Watermelon Margaritas, it offered an unforgettable paradise in every glass. ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฆ

To keep guests fully immersed, we designed three distinct, high-impact seating zones under one stretch tent:
๐ The Botanical Sanctuary: Earthy corduroy, bent cane, and warm ambient lamps for low-key conversations.
๐บ The Electric Jewel Zone: Sculptural magenta bubble seats, deep teal velvet, and striking pops of red flora to fuel high-energy connection.
โ๏ธ The Sunshine Tropics: Chic cane daybeds, canary-yellow accents, and playful banana-leaf tables that feel like golden hour.
By curating micro-atmospheres within the larger space, guests naturally shift, mingle, and sink deeper into the experience as the party unfolds.
