From your first enquiry, you’ll be partnered with one of our 20 experienced creative account handlers, your dedicated point of contact from planning to delivery and derig. They’ll provide consistent, creative support every step of the way to ensure your event runs seamlessly.
And when it comes to delivery, we offer a flexible, tailored service, letting you choose exactly how and when you’d like to receive your props.

- Customer collect and return: Collect the props yourself or arrange a courier
- Kerbside dry hire: We’ll deliver the props to the venue door, ready for your team to set up
