Working in Partnership: A Collaborative Approach to Creating Exceptional Events
Working in Partnership: A Collaborative Approach to Creating Exceptional Events
At EPH Creative, we believe the best events come from working closely together.
Every client is different. Some arrive with a clear vision, others are looking for support shaping ideas, and often it’s somewhere in between. Our role is to fit into that process naturally, supporting, guiding and delivering where it’s needed. That’s why we see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ teams.
Starting Strong
From the outset, we focus on keeping things clear and easy to manage.
Each client has a dedicated Account Manager who stays with them throughout the project; a consistent point of contact who understands the brief inside out. Alongside this, our Events team handles the logistics, making sure everything is planned properly and delivered on time.
It’s a simple approach, but it keeps everything running smoothly throughout the project.
Creative Support That Adapts
Not every client needs the same level of creative input, and that’s exactly how we like it.
Sometimes we’re building a concept from scratch. Other times, we’re refining an idea or simply providing the right props to bring the event to life. Most projects sit somewhere in between.
We adapt to what’s needed, offering the right level of support without overcomplicating things.
Collaboration in Practice
A strong example of this approach is our work with G&D Events on their Dancing Through the Decades celebration at the Roundhouse in London.
Led by G&D Events, the project brought together a clear and ambitious creative vision for a 900-guest private event. Our role was to support that vision through the theming and dressing of the space, working closely with their team to translate the concept into a cohesive visual environment.
As the event evolved hour by hour, the space was designed to evolve with it. Each decade was reflected through carefully selected props and styling, helping to reinforce the atmosphere and enhance the overall guest experience.
This kind of project relies on close collaboration during the planning and delivery stages, ensuring every visual element aligns with the wider creative direction.
It’s a great example of how a strong partnership between client and supplier can elevate an idea and bring it to life in a way that feels considered and immersive.

Dancing Through the Decades at The Roundhouse
“EPH Creative are one of those suppliers who understand how events feel, not just how they look.
On our Roundhouse project, their props played a key role in shaping the experience from arrival through to the final moments of the night. The scale, detail and creativity they bring always elevate the concept.
What really sets them apart is the experience of working with them. Their team is collaborative, proactive and genuinely invested in the outcome, which makes a real difference in complex, high-end events. They combine some of the best products in the industry with people who are a pleasure to work with, and that’s why we continue to choose them.”
