One of our key strengths is the dedicated and consistent support we provide to every client. From your initial enquiry, you’ll be allocated a dedicated Account Manager who will guide you through every step of the process, providing personalised guidance and expertise.
Alongside your Account Manager, our Events Management team will ensure everything is delivered on time and that your event logistics run smoothly . Common questions about how we work with you
How do you work with clients — are you just a supplier or a creative partner?
We act as an extension of your team. We are always working with both Event Agencies and In-house Corporate Event Teams – so we understand the industry better than anyone and how to help you. You’ll have a dedicated Account Manager from enquiry to de-rig, backed by our Events Management and Logistics teams for a smooth, joined-up delivery (should you choose our exception delivery and/or install services). What kind of support can I expect for my event — light touch or full creative direction?
It’s a sliding scale. We can provide quick product guidance or collaborate on full creative direction, from event theme and style ideas to creating event floorplan layouts and combined product suggestions — whatever fits your timeline and scope. Can you handle last-minute projects and events?
Yes. We support tight turnarounds as well as long-range planning. We understand how quick the event industry moves thanks to 20+ years in the industry. The more notice we have, the more we can help you plan and refine; but if you’re up against it, talk to us — we’re set up to help fast. Its also commonly assumed that we only handle large scale immersive events, thats not the case, we work on 300+ events year of all sizes! If your request is urgent, then its best to call our team for the quickest response.
Who coordinates logistics, delivery and installation?
Our dedicated Events Management and Logistics teams plan routes and timings. Smaller events are combined with other events in the same area of the UK, larger orders for bigger events may have a dedicated truck. During your enquiry, your account manager will help you understand the various options we offer for getting the products to your event. Learn more on Event Logistics.
How transparent is your pricing?
We show our standard 3-day hire period pricing on our website to remove guesswork. We offer discounts for larger orders and extended hire periods, speak to your account manager for more information. Your Account Manager will help maximise impact within budget and flag any optional services up front.
Do you offer dry hire as well as full installation?
Yes. Choose dry hire (you manage setup of products) or a full install (our skilled team handle everything). If you do choose Dry Hire you can either collect your chosen products directly from our warehouse (LS23 7FW) or we can still deliver to you with our Kerbside delivery option. Can you personalise or customise items — and do you build bespoke?
Yes to all. We offer personalisation (logos/graphics/colours), full customisation of selected items (where you can supply print ready artwork), and a bespoke design & build service in our 145,000 sq. ft. studio. Ask us which route suits your brief best, or explore Customised Products.
What sizes of events do you supply to and support?
We support events of all sizes — from small private gatherings to large-scale conferences, festivals, and brand activations. Our approach scales with your needs while keeping communication simple through your dedicated Account Manager.
