1.**New orders only.** Existing bookings, ongoing quotes, or amendments do not qualify.

2. **All enquiries must be made by calling EPH Creative Ltd on 01937 222 777, submitting your enquiry via contact form or emailing your account manager directly. **

3. **The booker must quote “Boost My Event Value” at the time of enquiry** to activate the promotion.

4. **Promotion applies to prop hire only.** Delivery, collection, installation and de-rig charged at standard rates. Excludes sale items, customisations and bespoke products.

5. **Booking must be confirmed by 28th February 2026.** A booking is confirmed once the signed order and any required deposit is received by this date.

6. **Eligible event dates:** The event must be delivered on or before **31 March 2026**.

7. **Minium prop order value must exceed £2500 to qualify for the promotional offer and usual geographical minimum prop spend also applies.** Orders that do not meet the minimum spend threshold will not qualify for the Spend X Get X promotion.

8. **Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, packages, or preferential pricing agreements.**

9. **Subject to product availability.** In the event that chosen props are unavailable, EPH Creative Ltd will offer suitable alternatives where possible, but availability is not guaranteed.

10. **Standard EPH Creative Ltd rental terms apply,** including responsibility for loss or damage, cancellation policies, and payment schedules.

11. **Postponements to dates beyond 31 March 2026 will forfeit the promotional offer** and revert to standard booking.

12. **If the event is cancelled,** standard cancellation terms apply and the additional products promotion holds no cash value.

13. **Non-transferable:** The promotion applies only to the organisation placing the original booking and cannot be transferred to third parties.

14. **EPH Creative Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time,** though confirmed bookings that meet all criteria will be honored.

15. **EPH Creative Ltd is not responsible for typographical or promotional errors** within any marketing materials relating to this offer.
