How does rental work?

We are a creative bunch who love to create proposals for our clients so if you want inspiration, ideas, floorplans then give us a call, we’d love to help.
You might know exactly what you want in which case you can add all your items to a wishlist and submit to us with your event details and we’ll check availability.
If you can’t find exactly what you need then let us know -we add new stock every week! We design and build all our own stock in in- production facility, and can produce set builds of any scale.
We have our own in-house graphic design and print facility and can offer branding, wide format printing and customisations.
Our standard rental prices are based on a three-day hire, competitive discounted rates are available for packages, larger orders and extended hires.
When it comes to delivery and collection options -we have a variety of solutions depending on your exact requirements and budget. We’ll help you decide which options work best for you.
When your product requirements are ready to finalise, we ask you to check our t’s and c’s and sign a booking form to reserve the stock for your dates. We are unable to reserve stock without a confirmed order. At that point we usually require a deposit or full payment if the event is less than 2 weeks away.
Our operations team take if from there, and will get busy planning everything to make sure your event goes perfectly to plan. Our warehouse prop and transport team will ensure your items arrive in tip top condition.
