Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, talented and Creative Social Media Coordinator to join our New Trailblazing in-house Marketing team. The successful candidate will take ownership of all Social Media activity across multiple channels. The role is hands-on, overseeing all paid & organic social. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the Creative and Product teams to plan and deliver content, acting as brand custodian across all Social content. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team within an inherently creative and passionate organisation. The right candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for the company’s Brands, Products & services across all social channels.
• Create engaging social media content for various platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain the Company’s reputation for Creative Excellence – you’ll have an eye for what looks right and ensure content, both visual and written, meets those high expectations.
• Manage and deploy all paid social campaigns
• Collaborate with the Creative team to create all necessary assets for social media campaigns.
• Generate reports on performance and optimisation opportunities, track and analyse social media metrics. You will have an in-depth understanding of social media analytics, and a passion for staying on top of industry trends and developments.
• Make quick and informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• create and execute creative social media campaigns, from video to still content. You will play a significant part in driving the digital business activity forward, growing social following and engagement.
• You will lead on being reactive to trends and executing them across appropriate platforms. As an experienced content creator, you will be an expert on the functionality of platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, advising on the best ways to use social platforms to the brands advantage.
• Create engaging, fun online content, maximising on trends & viral content
• Organise and execute photoshoots to enhance the existing bank of photography and video assets –
• working as part of the wider Marketing team-. Suggesting new ways to develop customers
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics

Skills/attributes required

• Strong analytical, strategic skills
• Creative flair, and superb content-writing skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Creative Eye – you know what looks good, and more importantly – what does not!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use initiative to solve problems
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Trend identification and ability to produce reactive content to capitalise
