EPH Creative is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Enquiries Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role not only offers the chance to learn the ins and outs of the industry but also presents a potential pathway for career progression to Creative Account Manager.
As the Enquiries Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our organisation by ensuring smooth communication and coordination between our clients and internal teams.
Your principal role will be to provide administrative support to the Enquiries Manager and Team. Assisting with inbound sales enquires via telephone, email, web platform and social channels and ensuring these are directed to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
This is an essential role within the organisation, acting as the first point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
• Answering and making telephone calls, dealing with customer enquiries, or directing to relevant person.
• Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone, email, web platform and social channels.
• Inputting of pre-qualified enquiry data and research key contact information to ensure information is correctly added into our CRM system ready for allocation to the Sales team.
• Ensuring that information is dealt with accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth handover to relevant teams.
• Liaising with different departments to assist with customer queries.
• Assist with the maintenance of CRM and other electronic system as directed by the Enquiries Manager.
• Assisting with competitor analysis and current trends.
• Always Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.
Skills/attributes required
• You will be organised and an excellent communicator with great attention to detail and a passion to go the extra mile for customers. Confident when dealing with customers, with a friendly yet professional manner and the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients & colleagues.
• Good administrator with computer skills including Microsoft office suite.
• Have a make it happen attitude and willingness to help others.
• A passion for the events industry and a desire to create extraordinary experiences.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
Previous office experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours of work
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Salary:
£21,500 - £25,000 Dependant on Experience.
