The team went above and beyond my expectations to make me personalised props (checking the quality and then printing the photos in the bespoke sized frames), and offered me great communication throughout the process with all my questions! And also when arranging the delivery - the driver called 30min away and was super helpful with everything when he arrived. Great service. Called with a very late request. Due to time constraints it wasn't possible to provide exactly what I had in mind but provided really good advice on subsitutions which turned out perfectly. Delivery and collection was seamless. Highly recommend.

What a service! From the start of the process, of looking at props for our charity event to the delivery and collection, with Becky all communication has been completely transparent and in a timely manner. The props used for the charity event made the room look amazing it was an incredibly successful event, thank you so much Becky for all your help you have been amazing during the planning of this event. Really high quality props. Detailed instructions provided as to how to set up the gorgeous backdrops. The star lit backdrops in particular made such a fantastic effect. Our theme was Star Wars and the life-sized Ewoks were an absolute hit. The company liaison was efficient and helpful and they were swift in answering any questions I had.

Although I didn't end up needing the props I was quoted for, I found the whole process to be straightforward and seamless. Claire was an absolute star, listening to my needs and finding me the perfect items at a great price. She made helpful suggestions re other things I might need too. We have ended up finding a venue with everything we need in situ, but had we not, I would certainly have booked with Event Prop Hire.
