Transport
Once you have chosen your fabulous list of Event Props the next thing to consider is how do they get there?! Well, you can collect from our main Warehouse in York, or for some very small deliveries or small packages we may be able to use a pallet cage service* (please see below for details on restrictions). Most of our customers use our convenient van delivery and collection service, which can deliver and collect directly from your event, wherever it may be.
In order for us to be able to offer this service, most orders will be subject to a minimum spend. This is because we subsidise all our delivery and collection charges, and minimum spends are based on your event location. Please contact us for further information on minimum prop spends for your area.
All deliveries and collections are classed as Dry Hire. This means that no assembly or installation is provided. You can request an install and de-rig service at an additional charge. For this a prior site visit may also be required. Please ask your Event Sales Co-ordinator for more information on our installation services.


WE CAN DELIVER ANYWHERE IN THE UK, AND BEYOND!
Regular Mon-Friday 9am-5pm deliveries to: Central and Greater London, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds, Nottingham, Newcastle, Cardiff and the South East.


STANDARD VAN DELIVERY AND COLLECTION SERVICE;

1. All deliveries are to ground floor loading bay only. Help will be required for offloading/uploading.

2. Upon collection all props must be moved by you to one location within the loading bay. Help will be required in uploading the props. We reserve the right to charge you additionally if our driver has to disassemble the props or remove them from more than one location or transport them to different rooms or floors.

3. Any failed deliveries or collections will be charged for.

4. Deliveries and Collections are made during 9am-5pm Mon-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) unless otheriwse agreed. Weekend, out of hours or timed deliveries will incur additional charges.

5. Any parking tickets issued to us as a result of delivering or collecting to your event will be payable by you the client.

6. You must provide a representative to meet the driver for the delivery and the collection.

7. If you or your representative is not present for delivery or collection then our delivery an or collection note is final.

8. No Installation or De-rig service is provided on dry hire (standard). For more informationon this additional service, please contact your Event Sales Co-ordinator.
