Delivery Rates & Minimum Prop Spends

We deliver our fabulous props all over the country and are proud to offer some of the most competitive delivery rates in the industry. In order to offer these rates, however, we do need to ask you to spend a certain amount on props, dependent on to where we are delivering.

The table below shows the minimum prop spend and delivery rates to various parts of the UK. You can use these rates as an approximate guide for different locations, but you will need to confirm the exact rates for your event location with a member of our sales team. These prices are based on a Dry Hire service with delivery Monday to Friday between 9am & 5pm.

What does Dry Hire mean?

Dry Hire means that props are delivered to, and collected from, a loading bay (or equivalent) by a single driver only and the hirer must provide unloading/loading assistance to the driver. For those who would like some help to install the props we can offer an Install & De-Rig Service.

Install & De-rig Services

If you would like Event Prop Hire to take care of everything, from the delivery of your props to setting them up, or if you would like us to help with the dressing or theming of your venue, then that’s no problem. All install and de-rig pricing is individually priced so please ask a member of our sales team for a quote.

Pricing Examples

As you can imagine, with 10,000 props in our warehouse the hire price of our props varies massively. In fact our props start from just £5 (Colour Changing Jar), with one of our more expensive props coming in at £1,500 (our Santa's Grotto), plus every price in between!

Here are some examples to give you an idea of what to expect...

Entranceways: £85 - £1250

An entranceway will welcome guests to your event in style and we have a huge range of themed entranceways to do just that, from a Cinema Front to Saloon Doors, or a Circus Big Top to Winter Snow Gates. Our entranceways vary in price but you’ll find most are under £500.

Bars: £125 - £1,200

We have a bar for every occasion; from a simple white serving counter at £175 through to our Luxury Beach Bar for £995 or our safari bar at £1,200, with lots of different price, size and style options in between. We also offer a wooden modular option which means we can offer a lovely wooden bar for as small or as large (within reason!) as you require.

Sofas: £130 - £475

Whether it’s a Chaise Longue, Gold Chesterfield, or a Grass Covered sofa you require, we have a sofa perfect for your themed event. Prices range from £130 for a standard sized 2-seater sofa through to £475 for a huge 4m long black Chesterfield.

Table Centres: £10 - £75

We have a great variety of table centre options for your themed event, so whether it’s a Casino, Alice in Wonderland, 90’s or Movie theme we can supply a table centre to complement it. The average table centre price is around £35.

Silhouette Panels: £90

Always popular, our silhouette panels will add subtle theming to any event. They are priced at £90 as standard, but you can create your own bespoke silhouette panel for a small extra charge.

Life-size Models: £95 - £395

Our life-size models will really help to pull your theming together. We offer a large range of superheroes, animals and statues which range in price from £45 for our Lamb, through to £150 for our Gorilla or £395 for our imposing Hulk model!
