Event Prop Hire and Cheryl Cole with L’Oreal! All of us here at Event Prop Hire were very excited to once again see Cheryl Cole with one our props in the new L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara advert! See all the stills here.

In the advert, the singer and model is seen posing on our Giant School Chair, the very same on that that Jessie J had in her video for Price Tag as seen here.

This is the second time that Cheryl has posed with our props, the first time being with her Girls Aloud band mates for their 2009 Out Of Control tour – click here to see the pictures.

Property Guru Phil Spencer in Event Prop Hire’s Circus Cannon!

In order to launch a new online game called Angry Buyers, Event Prop Hire were brought in to provide our Circus Cannon for Location, Location, Location’s property guru to pose in!

The online game allows players to fire estate agents, mortgage brokers and property lawyers from a cannon to try and knock down a house. But don’t worry, we’re sure they didn’t really fire Phil from the Cannon!

Now that the Event Prop Hire Team are back in the office, workshop, warehouse and vans and 2011 is behind us, it’s time to look forward to what themes are going to be hot in 2012!

2012 will show Britain hosting the Olympics so to make your Olympic themed event worthy of a gold medal, make sure you hire some of our Olympic themed props? And make sure you check our London themed props to really celebrate Britain hosting the sporting event of the year!

Last year saw the Royal Wedding of William and Kate, and this year is the Queen’s Royal Jubilee, as the Queen celebrates 60 years on the throne. And here at Event Prop Hire we have London and British themed props that are fit for Royalty! Take a look at our British Queens Guard, Big Ben and Union Jack Sofa.

This year will also be the 100 year anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, a ship deemed unsinkable. To help mark this occasion, why not take a look at our Titanic themed props to help take your guests back in time to that memorable doomed maiden voyage.

Event Prop Hire on the Cover of Katie Melua's New Album!

After appearing on the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing and Don’t Tell The Bride, one of our Props has made it onto an upcoming album cover.

Katie Melua’s fifth album, titled ‘Secret Symphony’ will be released in March 2012, and the cover shows Katie with her guitar about to step out of one our Giant Gold Frames!

Keep an eye out for the rest of the album images, as rumour has it there may be some more of our props featured.....

Event Prop Hire on Don't Tell The Bride!

A couple of months ago, Event Prop Hire secretly welcomed BBC Three’s Don’t Tell the Bride to our Wetherby Warehouse, where they filmed groom to be Nick , his brother and his best man as they searched for the perfect props for his Royal themed wedding. And here at Event Prop Hire, that’s just what they found!

Now the episode has aired, we can reveal the pictures of them exploring the Warehouse as they look for the perfect props and also some shots from the wedding with the bride’s reaction! Picking just a few props from our extensive London theme proved a bit of challenge for the Nick, but the decisions were made and the deal was struck. Nick chose two Golden Thrones and two Queens Guards. 

With the help of his friends, Nick just managed to get everything together in time and after the ceremony, it was time to see the reaction of the bride and the guests to the Royal themed reception! The new Mrs Royle  declared ‘We’ve got Posh and Becks thrones!’, another guest said that it ‘ Absolutely Brilliant!’ and even bridesmaid Helen confirmed that ‘Everything looks amazing, everyone’s faces are just like, wow!’
