How much do you charge for delivery & collection?
Our delivery charges are based on the location, date and time of event. We need to know all of these details in order to provide you with a specific price. For orders over £500 we offer discounted delivery.
I only want one or two props, it this possible?
Yes, providing the prop spend meets our minimum. These are as follows:
*Items that will fit inside a wooden crate 1.3 meters sqaure and 2 meters tall
Can I buy any of your props?
Our props are not for sale. If you would like a bespoke prop made, please visit: www.scenecraft.com
Will you assist in setting up the props at the venue?
Our standard delivery terms state that props are on a dry hire basis only. This means that we will only deliver and collect props, and not provide any set-up. All our props are easy to assemble, and will only require a couple of people to install them. Some heavy-lifting may be required for some props. We do offer an installation service, please contact us for a quote.
When do you collect props?
We usually collect props between 9am-5pm on the day after the event. If you require props to be collected at a specific time, or directly after an event has finished, this may incur further charges. Please contact us to discuss the event.
You are based in York, do you deliver to London and the SE?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the UK. We regularly visit London and southern England, and our delivery charges reflect this, -please give us a call to find out more.
